4 Aces in the lovely galway City its race week its Sat night and it is 4 in the morning
Standard is about as bad as poker as has ever been played in the history of the game
    Game 1-3 NLHE

Villain 1 has made a lot of stupid calls but appears to be relatively sober and appears to know what he is at but getting carried away by the craziness at the table

    Villain 2 a complete fool

Villain 2 is SB with 200 behind
I am UTG with 450 and post the live straddle to 6
    Villain 1 covers

    Villain 1 in MP calls

It gets back to me unraised and i make it 20 to play with AKsoooted and get 2 callers

Flop K83 2 spades I have no spades

    Villain 2 checks to me
    I bet 50
    Villain 1 flat calls
    Villain 2 makes it 100
    I now flat call (mistake?)
and villain 1 now decides to shove
    Villain 2 calls

Mise Obvious fold here ? or does the bad standard lead you to call

I was there Thursday night and I have to agree it was just criminally bad...from what I saw and played against I wouldn't at all be surpirsed if they had K2 and K6 (no spades)... And it was GREAT!...they just play every hand loose their money :) ..put their hand in their pocket and buy back in for €50! Yes €50...I just couldn't beleive it...

I would have raised more pre flop and pushed after min raise..not so sure now....I'm thinking shove me chips in though...(terrible players)

    fold to the min raise.

just read my tag line...it's a fold for me, maybe to the min raise, deffo to the push

imo the best way to win in these type to games (and i play them alot) is to get to the river a cheap as possible and ship em all in (and get called) when you know you are good...for eg bet 800 into a pot of 20 with quads works well

wtf don't fold to the minraise. May as well get it in now.

I dont think i have to fold to the min raise the fact he is a fool means that TPTK is quite healthy against that range but is flat call push ever anything except a set

I am not sure raising more pre flop with Ak is ideal as you never win without a showdown at these events

Most places an easy fold but there I call all day and expct at least one of them to have a cunningly played 84o.
