    Cheers

i'd say the only place your going to get one is from ntl, but remember if your going to get their new digi box when it comes out in a couple of months it probably isn't worth it. I think i heard those remotes are around €80 but i could be wrong.

They're €25 from ntl if you can't return your original one. Just phone customer services (I know people say they never answer, but I've never had a problem).

Never any trouble getting in contact with customer service if you are trying to buy something off them :).

They're actually available now .. nothing on the website, but if you ring up they've been available since the 7th August! Mine's coming on Tuesday :)

Would a one for all, or the more sophisticated philips(?) universal remote work?
I am interested in NTL Digital, but not in adding a 4th remote to my collection, and would prefer to use use one of the above if possible.

I picked one up from an NTL man who came to look at our system. He didn't mention any cost so fingers crossed its free.

Thanks to Derekm323f for offering to give me his spare.

    Cheers
