Creative Zen > PC music transfer

    I have a 2004 Creative zen as shown.

    I want to transfer its music onto my pc and tried doing this using import tracks on the mediasource software but it wont work...any other ideas??

    Is it possible to transfer from 1 creaive zen to a newer model directly ?
    Is there any company that would do this for me??

    I have the same mp3 player,I sometimes use windows media player...it works perfectly....make sure you have version 9 or 10 of wmp as the new version does not support the mp3 player...give it ago.
