TM Tactical sling and Pistol gas question.

Okay, got a load of stuff today from wgc/wcg -i can never remember so i suppose its a good thing i bookmarked it- and i got the TM tornado thigh pistol holster (for the pistol which hasnt arrived, yet) which i found pretty confusing till i played with it for 5-10 mins but i think i have it sussed.

But, what i cant figure out is the bloody sling! its wrecking my head! some lovely japaniese instructions came with it (Deveously hidden i might add) but hells bells if i can get the bloody thing to work.
    So in conclusion, HALP!!

ps, bloody asians, with their impossible riddles, a bit of baler twine would have been perfect, but no, i wanted to be cool but made a twit out of myself online for all the world to see.:o :(

    EDIT:
Right, im just wondering about the propane adaptors shiva is getting in, as stated above, i have ordered a gas pistol but as of yet dont have gas, if i buy shivas propane adaptor, what the hell do i do with it to make the pistol work, a 'from opening the box to a bb riddled target' sort of answer would be best, please and thanks.

Hey genghiz, how's the summer going? Think you'll get up to dublin for a skirmish anytime soon?
Any way regarding your question, hope this helps http://www.arniesairsoft.co.uk/?filnavn=/reviews/ics_sling/ics_sling_review.htm

UTG Three point sling installation video, might be some help. Once you have it fitted make sure you put your SUPPORT arm through the sling, not your firing arm.

what, im right handed, i put my right arm through it, 2 straps above my head to rest on my shoulders, the release clasp is on my left. this was seems to match the Japanese man on the instruction leaflet(which i have partially decoded BTW), it seems to work and that bloody you tube vid wont load for me.

Ok Gen: Take your adaptor, take off the cap, screw on top of the bottle of propane. flip it upside down along with the mag and insert in valve at bottom of mag. Listen close and you'll hear it filling, when its stops remove the bottle, shove mag in gun and strip in a bb, BOOM BOOM BOOM:D

and that bloody you tube vid wont load for me.

Would not work for me either.

Is it just me or does an awful lot of you tube vids not work
the last few weeks. Several Airfoft and LOAD's of others
    are not working.

yep its seems to be a tad slower for me at home at least...

one other thing if you are using the propane adaptor, dont forget to use a few drops of silicone oil now and again..

I got an adapter last week along with a small bottle of light silicone oil.
I have not got gas or a GBB yet though.

As anyone got pics showing where exactly the oil needs to go on the
    magazines.

When people say put a few drops in the magazine now and again or after
every 8? mag uses where exactly do they mean?

Do they mean put a drop or two in on top of the first BB sticking out
or the hole where the BB's come out. Or Does it mean oil up the part
(which I have not seen yet) where the gas is going to be entering the
mechanics of the pistol. Have read someplace too about oiling rubber seals etc.

    Oil can go in:
The top of the tank before you screw on the adaptor
in the mag itself(depress button and spray in the top)
In the gun works aswell, just spray a little in the piston(little pipe thingy). Too much and it will freeze when used.

It is simple, just small sprays at regular intervals.

Just to let you know, I was Clubs and Socs officer in the SU back in college. Don't expect a great deal of funding or even support. It's your right to set up the soc and best of luck, it's a sound idea, but being a first year soc with little known or proven support within the student body, the most the SU can do is give you a basic budget (probably enough for two bus trips) and book stuff for you. Use sign-up day to your advantage to, host a table at it (doesn't cost anything and you can set it up in 10 minutes so it's not a lot of work) and bring some of your gear, wear tac-clothes etc. The more names you get on the sheet, whether genuinely interested or not, the more funding you're likely to get.

My apologies for going totally off topic
