    ]

    Bjorn Thomassen (www.bjornthomassen.co.uk) is proud to announce that he will be returning to Midleton, Co Cork to hold another Seminar/workshop. It will be a two day course on the following dates. 22nd & 23rd September 2007.
    This time he is going to up the quality of the course by bringing a UK Professional model called Kitty. You can view some of her pictures by going into Bjorn’s myspace (www.myspace.com/bjornthomassen) and clicking on Kitty who is in his friends list. Kitty is also a make up artist and will give helpful tips about what to use and when. Kitty will also be available for private hire in groups of two or individually the evening at the venue for more photographic work.
    I would like to thank Barker photographic (www.barkerphotographic.ie)
    for supplying all the studio equipment which includes all the lights, backdrops, soft boxes etc, etc free of charge. Without this backing the cost would be much greater.
    Bjorn has won many prestigious awards, including the accolade of being the BIPP “International Fine Art Photographer of the year”, Western region, Fashion Photographer of the Year, Western Region, Portrait Photographer of the Year and numerous Gold, Silver and Bronze awards including Weddings. He has written the following book “A hundred ways to take better portraits”. He is also the editor in the following magazine, “Digital SLR Photography “
    The course will be limited up to a maximum of 20-22 people; the course will cover some of the following aspects of photography:
    Studio lighting and portraits, improving without having to learn too much technical stuff?, How to “SEE” creatively, taking portraits that SELL, Control and manipulate natural light, what makes people dislike certain pictures, Environmental Portraiture, Wedding Photography, Digital retouching and the list goes on and on.
    The course fee includes all tuition and a main course meal on each day, teas and coffees during the day also, and a model release form.
    The Course fee will be based on €410.00; this is an exceptional price for two days with one of the world best photographers.
    There is a possibility that there might be a few places left, if you are seriously interested please contact Liam on the following Email address rams007rams@hotmail.com with the Subject of “Bjorn Thomassen September BOARDS”. All relevent information will be forward to all those interested.
    It is a first come first serve basis.

    Thanks,

    Liam
