I see on my NTL telephone bill that calls I make to 076 numbers (Blueface and Smart) are listed as calls to the Russian Federation. That's a bit strange, isn't it?

Yes it's, with other providers I think they are free to call other voip providers,

Had a call from NTL to say that there was a fault in the system which was mis-identifying 076 numbers. I'll get a 21 cent refund in my next bill.
