Hi, I've heard friend saying he knows someone who goes cross-country running with a group in Howth. I'd like to find out more about this, sounds ideal for the type of running I want to do. Unfortunately my friend couldn't remember anything more about this.

Does anyone know of any groups that go running regularly there? Thanks.

I do know members from Raheny Shamrocks running club train in Howth the odd time but I think its more of a hill run along the off road trails and paths that they train on.

Running on the hilly off-road trails would suit me fine. I actually enquired about joining Raheny Shamrocks in the past, but they head out running before 6.30pm so I wouldn't get there in time after work.
