Wii Ganes Don't Always Load

    For a while now when I load a game into the Wii console the game stalls at the safety screen, then a black screen appears telling me to eject the game and power off the console. It happens about 85% of the time with all my games. When I first got the console I tried to do a Wii update but stopped it half way through and then another time I preformed a full update.

    Anyone got any ideas as to what is happening?

    my wii has been completly ok since i got it at christmas except the shop channel has benn sticking a few times but my suggestion is bring it back if you only got it not to long ago and return it but only if you have the receipt and plus i think theres a warranty or just ring the hotline

    OP-that was happening to me with my zelda disk,but after i traded it in after finishing it, never happened again

    System update today might sort it out for you (I hope)

    Just accept it when you power up your wii!

    My friends Wii sticks on the shopping channel also? I thought originally it may have been a firewall issue but now im beginning to think it isnt, might have to get him to bring his wii back!
