    Sunday Tribune

I know its only a 'lickel' newspaper but thats no excuse for a site which would'nt have passed muster in 1997 and thats when you can actually access the site which I've found it rather flaky.

    The competition

    Irish Times
    Examiner
    Indo
    Sunday Business Post

I agree - it's by far the worst Irish newspaper site going at the moment, but while the TCH newspaper sites are a lot better than the Tribune they're still in bad need of an overhaul.

The Irish Times and Independent redesigns have made this even more apparent.

(On the plus side, at least the Tribune dropped the need for registration - that made it 10 times worse)

My question is why is the print so small??

I know we live in the era of ctrl+mousewheel but that's no excuse

True - I'll change my answer and say that that's the worst online news media in Ireland because you can't get much worse than non-existance.

It's better then the Sunday Times (as said) and the Irish Daily Mail (Oh, and all of the tabloids). I recall hearing the Trib's site is due to be redone, but I'm not sure how true that is.

Doubt it, they've no money. they're losing thousands of euro every week and with the Quinn payment coming up I'd say a new website is way down the list of priorities
