In the absence of the surely-soon-to-be-created "Vintage Tractor and Steam Engine Board" I thought I'd mention the epic achievment on the Cooley Peninsula yesterday as over 4,000 vintage machines from around the world gathered to smash the exisiting record of 2,141 units running together in one location.

Now has anyone got some pictures? :)

    Mike.

Did the record attempt go ahead? TV3 news on Sunday night reported it had been cancelled due to the weather, along with Stradbally....
Wondered why I saw quite a few tractors leaving Cooley on trailers today if it had been cancelled....!

I have seen lots of vintage tractor videos on a new youtube.com site called http://www.youtractor.com. If tractors are your thing then I think you will like it...
