Kitchen and Bathroom Design

I am renovating a 2-bed old red brick house and want someone to design a small extension to contain a kitchen and toilet. There is currently an existing structure which will be partly demolished and rebuilt. Planning is not required. I am looking for someone who can design a kitchen and bathroom to fit the space available. That is all that is required.

If anyone is up for the job or knows someone who is, please let me know as time is tight and need this done asap.

    Many thanks in advance

I dont think you're going to have much luck here but i will let this sit for a day or two.

Try yellow pages in your area or just ask around.

Do you have dimensions or a sketch ?

Most of the big DIY chains will do a free sketch for you.

Or you could design your own on something like Google Sketchup.
Takes a few minutes to get to know how to use it and then just go through your normal kitchen motions in your head to find where best to place things like the hob, cooker, dry food storage etc....It's all about doing your own "usability study" in your head.

e.g. I'm making a big sambo, don't want the fridge to be too far from the preperation area/chopping board, I'll have the kettle beside the sink etc....

    Thanks lads,

It's only partly the layout of cooker, fridge etc... and partly the division of space - i.e. best place to put shower, toilet, sink, doors, dividing walls etc... I will post the dimensions and see if anyone wants to take this on as a little project so thanks for leaving this post on for a few days...

    Peter
