Whats my move here? Any A,4,5,6,7 or 8 gives me the nut low and i also have a straight and backdoor flushdraw for the high?

I've nothing at the moment and even if i hit, i could be quartered. I just felt i played this hand really bad.

SuperChok has been playing very aggresive and potting almost everything. He's been up to $350 and down to $100 twice. Robo17cop has been fairly passive, doing a lot of c/c and c/folding.

Any A,4,5,6,7 or 8 gives you the nut low. An A,4,5 or 6 giving you a great chance of scooping. Fold preflop but push now.

Yeah Oscar, i meant to include the other low cards. I was just thinking A,4 or5 for the straight. I usually see a flop with this sort of hand. Any 3 cards under a 5. Is this a leak?

Yea, A45 is only going to get you into trouble, in the above hand a 23 flop is the only flop you can like in a raised pot. Its unlikely that the others are in there without A2.

In a full ring game this is a poor starting hand. Its said that you should play with 3 to a wheel but this assumes you have a2 a3 at worst a45 is too marginal.
As played you have a super chance to scoop so raise to 85 and push the turn hit or miss, hope they reraise the flop.
Dont worry here about being quartered here.

ps. In no other form of poker is starting hand discipline so important as omaha hi/lo.Its enough to get the money at any level

shove now, you have a very good draw to the whole pot.

As others say you can safely fold preflop. It's pretty marginal though and I would certainly play A456ds here.

Instashove. I dont mind the preflop call seeing as its a nut flush draw so the 9 isnt totally redundant. I think the EV of it is fairly marginal.

Thanks lads. Seems i need to tighten up my starting hand requirements. I always play this type of hand preflop, especially with a suited ace.

I was thinking it was marginal play on the flop but i pushed and managed to miss everything.
