Ok, so I have Windows Vista and was transferring files over from my old computer (XP) over to the new one via external hard drive.

I tranferred a few folders containing pictures etc onto the new computer so they could be sorted into various folders, however there is one file, which I must have saved a couple of times that I cant do anything with! It wont delete, wont rename, wont allow me to view its 'properties', freezes up Norton when I try and do a scan of it and crashes Explorer when I try and open it with other programs other than the one intended (and even that program wont open it, when it does it takes about 20mins to open it!)

Its a .ufo file (Ulead PhotoImpact) its only 2.51mb's, I know what the file is, its a picture but WHY cant I get rid of the blasted thing!?

    Thanks ;)

    edit:
Here's someone who was able to fix it, but it involved uninstalling all Ulead applications:
