    Just out of the cinema, I see that PokerStars' world cup has finalised for its on-line part and the best eight teams now move onto the live part, early September in Spain. IRELAND IS IN!! :)

    Do we get Andy Black as the fifth VIP teammate?

    Yeah well done to the team ... 2 of the team from last year returning and 2 Galway guys making up the team. All 4 of them did very well and got to HU in their respective games with 2 taking them down and beating a strong England in to 2nd place in the group. Now all I have to do is convince my bro to bring me with him again!

    Derek's cover is blown! Luckysod is Noel Peare (sp?) from Cork. Didn't know he played Magic. He was also on the team last year.

    I hope I aint being controversial but I would rather see a safe pair of hands like Donnacha , Kev Fitz, Scott Gray or a.n.other on the team then Andy. Nothing against Andy, he's a terrific player but I dont think his style would suit team play which is about going deep then winning the thing (on day one!). Thats dependant on the points structure but in the usual team structures I think its a fair comment.
