Has anyone a recipe for this. Apparently there was a chef on TV AM this week who made it. I thought the recipe would be on their website but no luck.I know the ingredients included strawberries(obviously), red chillies, sugar ???

I've made something similar in the past - not as refined as the above recipe though.

Take 1 small punnet of strawbs, 2 or 3 red chillis & a pinch of salt & pepper. Stick in a blender. Blitz. Serve with prawn crackers.

Sounds yum and low fat apart from the prawn crackers (very bold).
I served it with roasted turkey breast and new potatoes,it went really well with the turkey.

Sounds great. Think I'll give it a go.
