    hi,

i had booked tickets to thailand on the 1st of september. I only after finding out i have a hernia and need it operated on. recovery time 4-6 weeks. I therefore have to cancel my trip. Does anyone know what options i have to get a refund? is it possible, tried ringing the office today but they are closed.

It depends on your tickets. Some will be refundable, some will be refundable with an admin fee, some will be non-refundable.

If you have travel insurance it may cover the cost if you can't get a refund.

Depends on the terms, you really should be able to get most of it back seeing as its weeks away.
