Firefox problem

I've been trying to install extensions on firefox and this keeps popping up (see attached pic.) Can anyone tell me how to configure this properly. I've gone through the options and cannot seem to find where I'm gonig wrong. Thanks.

The bar along the top? Click it and allow the installation to continue, then try again. It is just a security feature.
