    hi, is it real that the streets of hospital have to be dug up again, (after being paved last month) to provide a new water supply, if true what the hell are dem planners on

    First im hearing of it, if so it will be the third time they have dug our street up in 6 years. But I really can't see that being true though I must say we are in bad need of a new water supply

    check the leader 2-3 weeks ago, even the old water tower is a designated building, b.t.w. the only house opposite the cop shop to be a designated building, was the only one without double glazing,
