Lexmark X2550 Imaging Studio problem

    I just bought a Lexmark X2550 printer.. As i was installing the software i got the following error

    'App4R.exe has stopped working'

    The installation continued and i can print ok but the Imaging Studio program will not open.. I get the above error each time i try to open it..

    I tried reinstalling but got the same results. I have Vista OS..

    Any ideas?
