Apologies if done before. A fairly high proportion of AH threads are about scumbags and criminals, etc. If Boards has thousands of users, surely some of them are scrotes. So come out and show yourselves, have you been locked up and what for? There's probably someone in the Joy now reading this...if so don't pick up the soap.

I got arrested for public indecency once, but I never ended up in court because I knew a Guard who knew the Guard who arrested me, and had a word with him for me.

I got him a bottle of wine for Xmas as a thank you.

So you're a paid informant as well as a flasher?

Public indecency or public order? If the former, elaborate. If the latter, you're a jammy sod, I was fined a grand.

How can you inform on yourself?

And it was me doing the paying.

No,you bubbled up a load of other people in order to get yourself off and then you slyly bought the cozzers a bottle of drink to hide what you'd done.I know your sort.

Wow, never knew there were so many fellow cons on boards.

Yeah, I was in jail once. I built up a small property portfolio in the early nineties and basically was in direct competition with my siblings who were doing the same thing. Things got quite heated between us with each accusing the others of cheating; buying out properties from underneath the noses of the others. At one point it became clear that I was doing better than them; I had several houses here and there, and was even about to invest in a hotel, when I rolled three doubles and was sent directly to jail, couldn't even pass go or collect £200, I was like wtf.

rb_ie: Previous warnings were PM's asking you stop, and previous bans, and I'm sure as hell other mod's have warned you about abusing other posters and acting the dick.

This is not feedback. Feel free to PM me again or take it there.

    Very good!

On topic, I got summonsed(not arrested) for Public indecency 2 years ago. €450 fine in court, no conviction, thankfully.

What exactly constitutes public indecency, or is it a charge that covers a range of offences?
Taking a p1ss in public? Havin sex in public? Flashing the neighbour's old dear when she's hanging out her washing???

Lol!Nope, relationship is going better than ever, and she's more supportive of the poker, hence the increase in table hours :D

    Good to hear.

Even though I was working on this l33t graph showing posting habbit/style, poker posting, poker playing via relationship time scale .... done to a logarithmic scale!

So what if it was a rehash of Bugler's :D

The weird thing is for the first time so far (some 94 days after the fact) I looked past my cynicism and actually felt bad for Madeline and her family today. I then imagined it feeling good if they were reunited safe and sound.

I think I'm developing empathy for humanity at last. It's quite a refreshing and terrifying feeling.

Anyone on here been arrested for computer related crimes?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 13,744 ✭✭✭✭thebaz

i've been arrested a couple of times , a bit of smoke ,and hitting someone , he deserved it , , and he ran of to the cops , and pressed charges ... spent a night in a cell -- does that make me a scrote ?

Maybe i'm a reformed scrote no longer drink or smoke , hardly ever get in trouble since ... can't remember my last scrape , but i'd still defend my rights

Allowing someone else to use your account is a site bannable offence.

As for the jail thing, I'll let you know on the 4th of October, or not.
