    You can do it whenever you are first to act. If you do it out of turn then you should be warned, and if you continue to do it you should be given a penalty of time away from the table.

    if ur first to act in a tournament - then how is anyone going to stop you from doing it on the blind...

    so basicly ya can do it small blind,i tried doing it but was told i coudlnt do it because everyone has to agree to stradaling

    Probably the worst hand Ive ever seen played -Jackpot cash game league - Man check turn blind in PLO - so obviously the nut flushdraw, the turn fills the flush. Man bet pot blind on river - board pairs on river man lose chips.
