Calculating Rake on Ipoker

Just had a quick look through my cash history last night and
my GJP 'drunk' account has generated quite a fair amount of Action points
Is there a quick calculation to see how much rake that might be?

eg 1 AP = 5c of rake or somesuch

So 22,211 APs at Gold Level would equal about €740 rake?

Well Actions Points aren't just earned because of your contribution to a hand, instead they are awarded by the tables contribution to the rake. Say if you only call the small blind and see a flop and then fold, the amount of rake generated by the other players in rest of the hand counts towards your total number of action points so what you're hoping for is for them to start betting the pot at every street after you fold .

Yeah I know, because I've never gotten PT or anything I cant accuratley gauge it. I just went with the STT calculation.
I would assume then its even more
