nice to see him losing. just a pity it wasnt a lot more cash. i too dont like the guy, especially after the wsop thing, where he called jerry yangs call of lee watkinson's allin a sick call. just because his buddy had the worst hand. if the roles had been reversed in that hand, he would have called it a world class play. thats the thing with some of these guys, they are getting like golf used to be, a closed circle, they dont want to play you or me anymore, they want to play among themselves on tv and take turns telling the public the how good 'world class' players ie themselves are.

Listening to Gerry Ryan is one of the few things more repulsive than listening to other poeple eat.

Can't complain when Phil Gordon loses but losing to a knob-head sours the deal a bit. "Sweet" my arse.

What is the massive problem with Phil Gordon? Is it because I don't watch that stupid celebrity thing that I don't get it?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 834 ✭✭✭peeko

he's a knob slash, he pompus, full of himself, and you'd be embarassed hanging out with him with your other friends. don't think he is liked in the poker world at all, certainly didn't have any friend on poker after dark when he played against Ivey
