I just moved to dublin from australia and am looking to start a band. something kinda indie punk rock, but with a little filthy blues and psycadellia thrown in. at this stage i would be looking for any drummers and bass players that would be interested, but anyone who is a competent musician. ultimately i would like to start playing some gigs - recording and so forth could be an option, but that would be down the track. for now i just wanna make some music, have a bit of a laugh, play some gigs and get girls. see from my experience back in oz, chicks dig guys in bands!

    my details:
    age: 22
instrument: guitar, playing about 7 years
influences: neil young, black keys, joy didivsion, iggy and the stooges, the who, hendrix, white stripes..you know the usual

if anyone is interested drop me a line: richo_1985@hotmail.com

is that on the dart line? I don't live in dublin, just work there and will be in college there from september.

Have you a place to practice where you are?

yeah its one of the dart stations, but its a fair way out of the city. if you were interested in having a jam it would probably be better if we found somewhere in the city. as is said i just moved here so im not sure if there is places where you can jam in the city, but im assuming there would be
