Ebay - Rubbish Service

Ok, so a few years ago i started to use ebay a lot buying and selling. A few months later my account was hacked into by (i think) Russians. They started advertising cars for sale etc. As soon as I realized I reported it to ebay. I heard back straight away from an ebay worker saying they will look into it etc etc. So I gave up with that after not hearing back from a further five emails. About 2 months ago I was using my sisters account and purchased two items both chargered me for tax, I reported to ebay and got an immediate response saying dont worry they will check it out after 2 more emails they still havent gotten back to me. So I am pretty annoyed about that. Then when I try to create my own ebay account I find I cant because the one which was hacked into is still open and you can only register one per address. Now very annoyed as they are not answering my emails about this.

So does anyone have a phone number so I can ring them and get everything sorted out in one go?

Also a guy who bought a car off the hackers and paid them sent me threatening emails for robbing him etc which also annoyed me as this was well after I complained to ebay, feel sorry for the guy but i was unable to contact him.
    Any help appreciated!
