Cant delete Software!!!!

    Hi all,
    I am by no ,means an IT expert, I downloaded this "eAnthology manager", it is free, but now they are just sppamming me and all other users with offers of deluxe membership etc etc....now the spam isn't too bad, but its annoying all the same. I cant delete it from the "ad/remove programs" tool, I was wondering if there was another way??....via command prompt maybe??:confused:
