31-07-2007 5:45pm#1I finally scraped the cash together and put my order in on the Warwick I craved so dearly. I got it on Friday 13th but couldn't post because I was ba...er...on vacation.
But here it is:
It's gorgeous! And it's tone stands up to it's visual beauty. It's the most versatile bass I've played. The coil taps and mix of passive pups and an active preamp really let you dial in so many different tones.
The sad thing is now that I've got the Warwick I've started to GAS over a Geddy Lee sig. I just love the maple fboard/black block combo!0

One con of this bass is, it weighs a f*ckin tonne! I need to buy a nice wide leather strap to take some of that weight off my weak shoulders. Suggestions?0 -
