Is there anywhere in Dublin that does component level laptop repairs?

Basically, I plugged my laptop into the mains and got the smell of burning components. The laptop still works fine from battery but the dc input is fried so I can't run from mains or charge the battery. It's probably only a burned out capacitor or something.
It's a toshiba satellite and it's over 2 years old and out of warranty.
