    Prizes
    1st - 1850
    2nd - 1200
    3rd - 800
    4th - 500

    Stacks
    A. 120k
    B. 35k
    C. 30K
    D 25K

    Blinds just up to 3k-6k.

    Proposed deal
    Chip leader gets 1600.
    850 for other three.

    Should players a,b,c make deal?
Is deal good for chip leader?

    Consider skill levels same.

    Which one are you? :)

B,C and D have between 4 and 6 BBs left. The game could be over in 10-15 minutes.

Off the top of my head, it looks about right for everyone. Possibly slightly +$EV for the shortest stacks. Check with ICM.

    Isn't there 200 missing?

Chip leader should refuse and insist on first prize money. It is really 2, 3 & 4 that need to slice up the remaining prizes.

Assuming that money has already been taken for the dealers (200 missing) then it is a decent enough deal for all, as the chip leader would presumably tip around €100 anyways from €1850. Also, the fact that there is no play left and it'll just be push, push etc. the chip leaders ability to bully diminishes when this short, and if he were to double up one of the short stacks things would be less comfortable.

Yikes, I'm rusty on these. Here's an ICM calculation:

    A. 120k; ICM deal = 1,506.4
    B. 35k; ICM deal = 1,006.5
    C. 30K; ICM deal = 950.2
    D 25K; ICM deal = 886.9

Instinctively this looks a bit too generous for the CL and maybe the shortest stack. I'm not going to run the numbers as I'm in work but I want to guess a deal like

    1500
    900
    900
    850

Might be more acceptable and closer to the mathematical answer.

Good spot I need to check everything in a post rather than trust the OP I guess....

The CL is definitely getting the best of it. If I was the CL with no discernable edge and a crapshooty structure I'd be taking the hand and all if I was offered 1600. No way is that not a good deal for the CL.

I knew you wouldn't be able to resist Lenny!!

The difference in the shortstacks is quite interesting but in the practical art of dealmaking I doubt you'd be able to get them all to agree with €50 differences in the prize money.

Basically my suggestion was pretty close with the tip money coming from the shortstacks which is as it should be!! lol :p;)
