Trouble Sleeping

I've been having serious trouble sleeping lately. It started off during my exams and hasn't stopped yet. I've started to lose my appetite completely too. The strange thing is I have loads of energy despite this. I have a coffee in the morning and don't tend to have snacks. I eat very little sugar. I'm in a job that means I'm on my feet running around all day so I should be wrecked. Any advice on how to get a bit of sleep? Just getting frustrated by it even though it's not really affecting me. Slightly more difficult to get up in the morning which is why the coffee is needed but that's about it... 5 hours a night can't be enough. I also wake up several times every night.

This is best discussed with your doctor as there could be a number of issues involved here.....
