After 3 years from playing tribeca and ipoker, finally got off my lazy hole and applied for credit card mainly because and most importantly rake back and some bonus whoring thrown in. I would like some feedback on where to find the best deals and non rigged sites :) . Also which site would you recommend for mtts that dont have 6million players in each one. thanks in advance.:)

I've always found Stars an absolute pleasure to play on. Fantastic MTT structures, player liquidity, great software etc. Unfortunately there's no rakeback available, and only a small bonus.
Full Tilt has a 100% deposit bonus up to $600 and rakeback available, loads of games running there a lot of the time. Don't know how many runners the tournys usually get though.
Have a look through the bonus grid at Bonus Whores, it's a good little tool.

I have never played on Full Tilt but the general consensus seems to be that its one of the toughest sites on the net so i would stay well clear.

I have heard good things about Everest and Mansion both of which i believe have RB available and Mansion has that 100k every day with huge overlays.

    Opr

you can't get rb on mansion anymore i'm afraid. and i don't think you could ever get it on everest, but i could be wrong.

Mansion have scraped their rakeback and the daily 100k guranteed aswell i think. I either read it here or on 2+2.

What times do you play at

Stars and Full tilt are good for tournaments. Both are tougher than most for cash games although stars has definitely got a little softer lately. FT has rb (27%). Tournaments may be quite large. Prima/Microgaming used to have ok tournaments too with nice sized fields but I find the software awful and so I haven't played there for ages.

For cash play on iPoker. GJP or Noble seem to be best skins for rb and bonuses.

I really must do something about setting up RB on GJP

Tournaments on VC Poker (I think that is same as iPoker, is it?) are quite good.

For cash games, lots of fish on Party Poker, but the rake is quite high and no rake back...

Has anyone found during afternoons on Saturday/Sunday that lots of fish are in the cash games, whereas during the week / at night the players are much better?

On Sunday I was playing cash and there were loads of fish with 40%+ VPIP, but then it tightened up later on at night, on all the tables

Out of interest, I'm planning on leavn PPP as soon as my visa card arives. Havent been playing much online recently, so planning to start off on the lower stakes, 0.10/0.20 and 0.25/0.50. Would it be worth my while setting up a RB deal on GJP at these levels??

There is a thread linked in the sticky "Guide to poker, now including legendary threads" (or similiar) with hundreds of posts discussing this from a few months back which will have merits and otherwise of various sites discussed. I think interested people should read through that and add to it if they have more questions maybe. I don't think that qualifies as a thread that should not be bumped.

You don't need a credit card to play on most sites.

Moneybookers is accepted by all the major sites.

You can use you're laser card on moneybookers

saves the ineveitable monthly credit card bills!!! you know it'll be coming!!

The Mansion daily 100K (with its peachy 50K overlay) is, sadly, no longer with us. I'm still in mourning.

I use moneybookers at the moment. When I was depositing on party there was a $500 deposit maximum so if you need to deposit more at one time to qualify for a bonus you may need to email in advance to get them to set it up for two+ deposits.
