    Hi all,
Apart from concrete floor being better for soundproofing upstairs, what are the pros and cons of both wood and concrete upstairs ?

Somebody told me that concrete can place too much strain on the house and you'd have cracks in you downstairs walls after 10 years or so.... Sounds crap to me or nobody would be using concrete - or is it true to a certain extent ?

Anyhow, any info y'all might have would be great !

    Thanks !

Theres already a thread here on the front page about this. Have a look there without starting the same again.
