    Hi, I am getting marryed next december, and am just looking for somewhere good to go, and get the weather as well, i've done the maldives, thailand and australia thing, so was thinking about south africa, has anybody been, and can you recomend some good places and things to do, i will have about 2/3 weeks there.

    I'm sure Durban would suit you.. good food/weather, and beaches.

    Plenty to do and see,not sure what the crime situation is as it been a while since I was there,but worth further investigation.

    You have to spend some time on the Garden Route and Cape Town as well. Rent a car and see where the mood takes you. There are some seriously romantic places/lodgings on the Garden Route :)
