Aug Vs Aug

    Simply put, which is better? the CA Aug or the TM Aug.
    I've done a bit of research and as far as I can tell the CA's exterior is more solid (specifically the foregrip) but its internals aren't as good as the TM version and as far as uncompany and redwolf are concerned, it can't be upgraded without going over the 1 joule limit. The TM version can be upgraded legally and is a bit more robust internally but I'm worried about the strength of the foregrip. Any thoughts, specifically those of you who own either, cheers

    From what I've been told/read/seen, the CA seems to be the one to go for. The people who have one don't seem to have any trouble as far as I know.

    Go for the CA. IMO it is superiour. It has a better scope, It's more solid and I think CA's internals are better than TM's (TM gears are designed to break if upgraded above 1J)

    How do they both compare to the Jing Gong Steyr AUG?
    Am interested in the physical appearence rather than how
    the function. (ie I dont care about the internals)

    Ideally I want the AUG that is similar to the Irish Issue
    but may buy the Civilian version of the Jing Gong if
    nobody beats me to it when it arrives on eirsoft.

    After reading that the MP7 is going to be used by our
    very own Gardai armed section I reckon I will just have to
    add one to the list of wants too.

    Well I have the TM Aug. I fired a CA AUG and held another one at HRTA. I found it to sound very clang-ee(if you get what I mean) when I fired it and I much prefer the feel of mine when firing. In terms of the exterior I have the civ one and it is very solid. Prob a bit bias because I own it, but after firing both I would go for the TM. :D
