1% Fund Question?

    Can somebody please help me out with donating to the 1% fund. I owe the fund €50 from 2006's WSOP last longest bet which I know is ridiculous but I have made an effort to pay a number of times and keep getting into dead ends. Then I forget about it and the process starts again.


    Ive searched the website and cant find a link to transfer payments online. (I've pm'd Big Dragon a couple of weeks ago to get it sorted-But I think he was in Vegas?)

    I have cash waiting or can transfer funds online, whatever suits and I will double my contribution for being so careless over the past year.

    Hi Rag2gar,

    Dave is away for the weekend in Limerick, he's in loveeeeee...lol

    I'll be talking to him on Monday and will mention it to him. The 1% fund is having problems donating money to charitys at the moment, a lot of charities wont take money from gambling donations, mad or what. Dave as promised that he'll post a update on the fund and the amount collect shortly.

    If any other Boardies have money to donate can they pm me or Dave and we'll arrange collection. Currently we're taken no more committments to the fund as we have a massive backlog in getting current collections completed and donation the money.

    That is mad. - I mean who could possibly fancy our Dave - Even in Limerick;)

    Seriously - Hope these people get some sense. One possibility is to put the money into Cancer research. They should have no trouble accepting the money.

    Dave - If the money is significant - Which I suspect it is - Then I think you should take this to the press. After all, does a terminally ill patient really care where the money is from if they are going to be looked after better because of a few extra euro? Name and shame. It's disgraceful.

    And PS: Where can I buy the pheromone spray you've been using?

    Do the same groups have a problem taking money from lotto funding (or can they even get lotto funding?)?
