Downloading stuff, crap speeds, need help

I need help downloading some files as I am getting crap speeds and Ive tried everything I can but I dont think they can be improved. PM if you can help out, there's a few quid up for grabs for whoever can help, as in download em and burn em off for me.

What are you trying to download. ight be able to help depending on what it is!
