eyesight concerns

Well basically for the past 2 weeks straight i have been staring at a screen almost non stop. On the compter and then to the Tv. I remember when i was younger my eye used to twitch periodically. It hasnt happend for a long time but recently it started happening again, worse than it ever has. Im wondering has this happend…
