IT support for small company...

Hey my dad's company has been relying on me to be their tech support for the last 3 years and basically it's come to a stage where i don't have the time or resources to provide the service anymore.

this is the current setup in the building...

1 x server - holds payroll software/security camera system (allows each client machine to view the security cameras when connected to the network).

3 x desktops clients - simply use the server for the pay roll system and basic file/printer sharing.

3 x laptop clients - same role as the desktop clients but can remotely access the server throught VPN.

    1 x fortigate hardware firewall

now they got a quote from guys called netforce which look ok enough, but just wondering are they getting ripped off...

    their cover includes the following...

callout charge - 0 euros for first 2 hours.
    hourly rate charge - 95 euros/hr.
    preventative maintenace.
remote managed services support to all pc's servers.
    free unlimited helpdesk support.
    1/2 yearly on site consulation.

all this for a grand total of 3,300 euros per annum.

what my dad wants to know is he getting ripped off or is this good price for this kind of support.

i'm assuming this support would include the adding of new users onto the server and setting up exchange accounts for these users.

New setups are chargable, adding users, installations, onsites. You pay for the phone support and remote server administration.
