My girlfriend went to get the morning after pill in a well womens clinic recently, the doctor wasn't there so they referred to someone else, where the doctor gave her 7 pills. to take 4 now and 3 tomorrow !!!

My most educated guess is that these are just regular 'pills' that a woman would take if she was on the pill.
She's taken them, and now she feels sick and nauseous

Has this ever happened to anyone else?
Is this even effective as a contraceptive?

Id like to know to put our minds at ease!!!

    cheers

There are different types of emergency contraceptives and nausea is a well know side effect.

IF you have questions then you should get in touch with the clinic and the dr that prescribed them.
