North America Road Map?

    Hi all,

    Anyone know of a bookstore in Dublin that has a good map of North America for a road trip including detailed city maps?

    I need to pick up one at lunch time but i cant seem to find any books on the Bookstore website eason,Reads etc to know which store to go to?

    Countrywise, I'm also looking for a map - Illinois & Wisconsin. I searched eBay - no joy. Spent ages on Amazon and bought Michelin's Northeastern USA & Canada Map #583 - has no detail - covers East Coast to North Dakota. Just found a USA Road Guide which looks like it might suit me better.

    I rang the AA and was told they only have European maps. I'm going to go into Dublin next week and try the AA shop, Waterstones & other bookshop nearby.

    I was given a great AAA Road Atlas in the US and used it for Utah & Wyoming and N California incl SF and had no problems but I cant source it over here so far, only 2 weeks left to find something.

    If you don't need it immediately try Stanfords, all they do are maps and travel stuff.

    I ordered Rand McNally WI & IL state maps from Stanfords on Fri night, 27/7 and were dispatched mon 30/7. Thanks for the pointer.

    I found Borders in Blanchardstown S.C. have a great selection of roadmaps. Well worth a look if you close to there

    Stanfords maps took 3 days to deliver from UK to Ire, plus 1 working day to process original order - not bad. Has major city maps as well which are ok, if you print off more detailed maps off mapquest or yahoomaps for neighbourhoods Rand McNally state maps will do fine.
