    Danish court rules Poker as game of skill
    A court in Denmark has ruled that Texas Hold’em poker is a game of skill and not chance, allowing poker competition organisers to avoid prosecution under Danish law. The case was brought to court by the Police Commissioners Prosecution Service after casino operators claimed that Danish Poker Association members were organising 'illegal' gambling events.
