    Hi
    I remember a year or two ago someone posted an excel file with a full break down of all costs for a build, it included everything from foundations to painting. By any chance does anyone happen to have a copy of it. We are just about to start building and it would be a big help to have that file.
    I searched the archives and cant find it.

    I downloaded this about 18 months ago so prices may be out and there's no indication of quantities to guage price.

    still useful as a template for your own budget. Good luck!

    Thats a great help, just been busy getting quotes at the moment but havent get Planning Permission yet, I will know in approx 2 weeks time.
