Hi guys Am heading away on holidays at the start of October. Has anyone been to Egypt? If so, can you recommend where to go and will it be hot in early October??

normally it's hot enough (most places would be between 25 and 35 celsius). Egypt is very varied it depends what you want. culture, diving, beaches, nightlife, etc...

if you want history and culture then luxor is the place to go,its like a huge open air museum. if its flaking out on the beach or diving then the red sea resorts of hurghada/sharm el sheikh/el gouna are the best spots to go. weather is lovely at that time of the year,heat isn't too bad compared to summer.
