I just bought this fan controller, the Scythe Kama Metre.

It has four temperature sensors, and i dont know the best place to mount them.
I was thinking cpu, gpu, ambient temp, and maybe hdd temp for the fourth?

Also where is the best place to put them, for example the cpu sensor. Do i put it on the copper base of the heatsink or where?

I have the same controller, tbh I find temp sensors to be completely useless. You can't get an accurate read of either the CPU or the GPU as the Heatsink needs to be in contact with then CPU Heatspreader, which is where ideally you would puit the sensor......but putting it there would completely feck up your cooling.

I just put one on the side of the Heatsink block and one for ambient case temps, just so something could be read from the controller.

If you want proper temps use core temp for the CPU

and NVmonitor for the GPU (if its Nvidia)

You can also try MBM5, but I prefer using the above myself, tho MBM5 feature a plugin for Core Temp.
