    how fast/ slow would a modern car lose hp over the years.

    for example take a standard 1.5l 07 nissan almera, 98bhp (100 to round if needs be), doing an average of 10k a year, properly serviced and looked after/ not looked after at all

    are we talking 1 or 2 per year or several years before any difference is noticed?

    would this vary much between small and large engines or between deisel and petrol ones?

    Probably none for the first 100k miles at least.

    Not looked after, and it prob wouldn't make it to 100k miles.
