KARL SPAIN spent most of 2005 looking for a woman, now he's looking for an audience. Having quickly established himself as one of Irelands top Comedians, Spain has gone from strength to strength and is currently performing live around Ireland to packed out audiences.

Having burst on the scene in 2000 as winner of the R.T.E. NEW COMEDIAN AWARD he is now established a reputation as a top headline act and excellent MC. His proudest moment was to be chosen as part of the Irish show at the Montreal Just For Laughs Festival in 2003 and has since appeared at festivals all over the world from Dublin to Dubai via Australia and of course Kilkenny.

He took his "Spain, Ireland and Beyond" tour all over the place but now he's been on TV (Karl Spain Wants A Woman – RTE), loads more will people want to see him.

NEIL HICKEY began his standup career just over three years ago, and in this short time he has performed his thoughtful, warm and witty brand of humour in all the major comedy venues across Ireland. A native of Dublin, Neil is a regular performer in the city's most established comedy clubs, including the International Comedy Club, The Comedy Cellar, The Capital Comedy Club and the Laughter Lounge.

In 2005 Neil won the Bulmers International Newcomers Comedy Comp and as a result supported Bill Bailey in the ******* Theatre. Following this, Neil made his Irish television debut appearing on the Liffey Laugh stand up show on RTE, and then rounded off a fantastic 2006 by winning the Irish heat of the Amused Moose Laugh off Comp. More recently, Neil was selected to perform at the 2007 Irish Just For Laughs Montreal Showcase, and performed as part of the official line up for this years Kilkenny Cats Laughs Comedy Festival. Neil Hickeys stand up career looks like it will continue blossom for many years to come.

MATT SADLIER (MC): Matt Sadlier is Ireland's best kept comedy secret, as he's been on the comedy circuit for several years. His technique of combining high energy performances with a keen eye for observation continues to generate a great rapor with audiences everywhere. Recently returned to Dublin he regularly plays across Ireland and was brought to Barcelona to perform, bringing with him his perspective on everything. The last year has seen him return to stand up after a break but now he is back with a vengeance. Capping the return by supporting Eddie Izzard in Vicar Street.
