Stackstown golf club breaking the smoking ban

Did anyone see the hearld last night where they had a member lighting up a cigar for Padraig wins. It was obvious in doors and breaking the smoking ban. I wonder if Gardaí called over it :rolleyes:

RTE seem to get away with it for programming recently produced where smoking is clearly taking place indoors so I can't see any issue of it being made here. Examples are Stardust and last couple of dramas produced.
