Architect recommendations

    Any recommendations for a Dublin based architect with good experience of dealing with planners and is willing to work on a success-fee basis? I've had a pre-submission meeting with planners who've given an in-principle nod to one house being built on site, but I really need a second house on the site to make the project work.

    I believe that a good architect might see angles that I'm missing that would enable me to get the additional unit and meet with planner's requirements. Ideally, someone with a fairly contemporary style and good creative vision. Hope that's not too much to ask.

    We are not really in the business of recommending any trade or profession. This forum is dedicated to discussion/debate on all matters pertaining to the forum title.

    However its not a major problem but I would prefer if recommendations are done by PM.

    As stated quite a few times in the past dont go naming and shaming as its in breach of the charter and makes muffler and smashey very angry and you do not want to see us like that ;)
