    On my Dell keyboard when I click " it types and when I click it types "

    How do I solve this problem? :confused:

    start
    control panel
    region and language options
    keyboard and languages
    change keyboards
    add
    english ireland
    tick irish

    ok
    now click on every other keyboard and click remove, you just want irish
