So i got one of these of ibood with everyone else a little while back and ive had pretty much no worthwhile complaints. aside from the 10000 small little things, of course.

but today i plugged it in to charge and nothing happens.. the transformer that came with it just crapped out. im not impressed. I probably charged the unit.. maybe 20 times TOPS. and there has been no mistreatment. i even sat a meter on the transformer and it read zero. so i figured maybe i broke the lead. so next i took a stethescope to the body and im not even getting a hum..

anyone else have the problem?

im arguing with the effort of demanding a free replacement out of principle or just digging around my shed for a replacement and if needs be swapping the heads. outside experience will tip my scales? whats ibood like to deal with?
